    Did the leading case of Costa v.s. ENEL have any influence on the EEC?

    Answer
    Yes. The influence of this judicial decision is that the goverments of menber states of EEC came to anticipate similar decisions according to the precident case by the European Judicial Court: the Community law is prior to their civil law. After that, the member states have respect more prudentially the principles of the Primary EC Law.
