Both the original version(in German) and its English translation of this part are available on the web as well.

Here the abolition of unearned income(=surplus value) and Marx' thought are dealt with. Gesell concludes that capital shouldn't be worshiped as material goods but is just a market's condition on the demand and supply, telling us that Proudhon showed us that fact 50 years before Marx. And he tells that the economy can accomplish its principle only by solving the questions of the unfair monetary system and of the private-possession of land, explaining how this book is structured as the parts 1 and 2 are on the administration of the agriculture, the construction and the industry with neither surplus value nor communism and leading us to know how to eliminate the surplus value with a new theory on the capital.
