Here the base for salaries is discussed. The first part explains, with many hypotheses, that the proceeds of freeland farmers is the base for all the salaries and rents. And we shouldn't forget the work condition(the harder the labor is the higher the salary is) or the relation between supply and demand(the salary for teachers will rise where teachers are scarse).
