☆ Use “Self-introduction Form 1” or “Self-introduction Form 2” in “Students’ Corner,” the last column of Sachiko Nakamura’s Website.

 

☆Try to make your self-introduction attractive!

 

☆If you write using MS word, first save " Self Introduction Form 2 " in your computer and then use it. Be sure to use "Spelling Check " in the tool menu.

 

☆If you write by hand,  print out  " Self Introduction Form 1" and write in block letters.

 

☆Make sure to put your photo.
