Ka-Ha loaded a dynamo which generates an electric current of high voltage (Max 10,000V). The electric current is sent to an enemy telegraph wire in order to destroy the communication devices and kill enemies who are talking by telephone.
Ka-Ha utilized Type 97 Medium Tank, but the front MG was removed and the main gun was a dummy. Four Ka-Ha vehicles were produced and deployed in the 27th Independent Engineer Regiment.
