Ka-Tsu was the amphibious carrier of cargo or troops developed by IJN. The engine component and electric devices are watertight and it can be carried underwater by submarine.

Some Ka-Tsu's were equipped with two torpadoes on the deck. They were the special model to attack the Allied vessels at anchor in the Pacific atolls. However, the attack by Ka-Tsu was not carried out.
